Appearance
A colorless to pale yellow transparent solution in a transparent brown glass ampoule for injection.
How Supplied
10 mL × 10 ampoules per box.
Active Ingredients
Each mL contains 5.46mg of Fursultiamine·HCl (equivalent to 5 mg of Fursultiamine)
Indications and Usage
1. Prevention and treatment of vitamin B1 deficiency. 2. Supplementation in cases of increased vitamin B1 demand with insufficient dietary intake, such as in: Wasting disease, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy and lactation, heavy physical labor, etc. 3. Wernicke encephalopathy 4. Cardiac beriberi 5. Conditions associated with vitamin B1 deficiency or impaired metabolism, including: 1) Neuralgia 2) Myalgia and arthralgia (muscle and joint pain) 3) Peripheral neuritis and peripheral nerve paralysis 4) Myocardial metabolic disorders 5) Gastrointestinal motility disorders such as constipation 6) Postoperative paralytic ileus If no improvement is observed after approximately one month of use in suspected cases of vitamin B1 deficiency or metabolic impairment, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Dosage and Administration
Adults: Administer 5–100 mg of fursultiamine per day via subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous injection. Dosage adjustments should be made based on patient condition.
Shelf Life
36 months from the date of manufacture.
Storage
Store in a light-resistant, hermetic container at room temperature (1-30°C).
