- Prevention of Neuropathy Induced by Cisplatin or Similar Chemotherapy Agents.
- Dosage and Administration
- Severe Cases: Administer 600–1200 mg per day via intramuscular injection or intravenous infusion. Mild Cases or Maintenance Therapy: Administer 300–600 mg per day via intramuscular injection or intravenous infusion.
