Dosage and Administration
Use as prescribed by a physician, and adjust the dosage based on the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level.
Following administration of this product, treatment efficacy and tolerability should be evaluated within 3 months in adults and within 6 months in adolescents. Based on this evaluation, the need for repeat administration should be determined.
As the incidence of adverse reactions may increase with excessive dosing, care should be taken not to administer more than the required dose.
* Adults: Administer 200,000 IU of cholecalciferol by intramuscular injection.
* Adolescents: Administer 200,000 IU of cholecalciferol by intramuscular injection.
* Elderly patients: Administer 100,000 IU of cholecalciferol by intramuscular injection.
The total annual dose of cholecalciferol should not exceed 600,000 IU.

Store in a light-resistant, hermetic container at room temperature (1–25℃).
