Indications and Usage: When administration via the intravenous route is clinically justified due to an urgent need to treat pain or hyperthermia and/or when other routes of administration are not feasible." 1. Dosage and Administration: This medicine is for intravenous infusion only and is indicated for adults and pediatric patients weighing 33 kg (approximately 11 years of age) or more. 1. Adults Weighing ≥50 kg - Recommended dose: 1,000 mg of acetaminophen per administration, up to four times per day. - Minimum dosing interval: 4 hours. - Maximum daily dose: 4,000 mg (4 g) per day (should not be exceeded). 2. Pediatric Patients Weighing ≥33 kg (Approximately 11 Years of Age) and Adults Weighing <50 kg - Recommended dose: 15 mg/kg of acetaminophen per administration (equivalent to 1.5 mL/kg of this solution). - Minimum dosing interval: 4 hours. - Maximum daily dose: 60 mg/kg per day or 4,000 mg (4 g) per day, whichever is lower. 3. Patients with Severe Renal Impairment - In patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance ≤30 mL/min), the minimum dosing interval should be extended to at least 6 hours. Method of Administration This medicine should be administered by intravenous infusion over 15 minutes.
