A colorless or slightly blue-tinged, transparent, odorless solution in a colorless, transparent vial for injection.

10 mL × 10 vials per box
Active Ingredients
Each mL contains 0.4 mg of Cu, 0.1 mg of Mn, 1 mg of Zn, 20 µg of Se, and 4 µg of Cr.
Indications and Usage
Supplementation of trace elements (zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium) during total parenteral nutrition.
Dosage and Administration
It should be administered as prescribed by a physician, with dosage adjustments guided by plasma trace element level monitoring. Recommended Dosage Range (Intravenous Use) 1. Metabolically Stable Patients Receiving Parenteral Nutrition Zinc: 2.5–4 mg/day, Copper: 0.5–1.5 mg/day, Manganese: 0.15–0.8 mg/day, Chromium: 10–15 µg/day, Selenium: 20–40 µg/day. 2. Pediatric Patients Zinc: 100 µg/kg/day (for children under 5 years), Copper: 20 µg/kg/day, Manganese: 2–10 µg/kg/day, Chromium: 0.14–0.20 µg/kg/day, Selenium: 3 µg/kg/day 3. Other Considerations Zinc: - Patients with metabolically stable small intestinal fluid loss: Additional 12.2 mg/L (intestinal fluid loss) or 17.1 mg/L (fecal loss) - Patients in acute catabolic states: 4.5–6 mg/day Chromium: - Patients with metabolically stable small intestinal fluid loss: 20 µg/day Selenium: - Deficiency due to long-term parenteral nutrition: 100 µg/day for 24–31 days
